The GNS FM9 RDS TMC adapter is a FM receiver with RDS/TMC ability.
With this new adapter GNS extends its successful product portfolio. As world-wide the first enterprise developed the company from Germany TMC- and GPS/TMC receivers, which are used for portable dynamic navigation equipment.
The GNS FM9 extends mobile navigation systems with integrated GPS receiver with RDS/TMC functionality. With help of the GNS FM9 the received traffic messages are through-handed to the navigation software, these can again compute an alternative route with consideration of the new traffic conditions and avoid the traffic jam.

1x Antenna with 2.5mm jack connector
This TMC receiver can also be used to receive commercial Pay-TMC-services. But please keep in mind that your GPS/TMC-software also needs to support the service you want to use.

Funktioniert einwandfrei,nutze es seit einer woche und hat in jeter region von deutschland meldungen empfangen und auf dem navi angezeigt.

der anschluss stellte kein problem dar, die installation selber schon eher. grund ist die mitgelieferte mini-cd. es geht hier um das auto und car-pc's, diese haben, wie viele andere auch, ein slot-in-laufwerk. dieses kann, ohne entsprechenden adapter, keine mini-cd's einlesen. warum keine normal-cd's die wahrscheinlich eh günstiger sind? dann spart man sich den umweg den treiber vorher auf den usb-stick zu ziehen. danach gab's keine probleme mit port's oder dem gps-empfänger. als navi-sw kommt bei mir navigator-free zum einsatz.

Hab mit meiner GNS5843 keinen konstanten GPS/TMC-Meldungen auf cem CPC bekommen. Mit einer anderen Maus und DIESEM TMC-Empfänger klappt es PERFEKT!!! Geniales Teil!

Installation is very easy, emulates a COM-port, which you then set-up in your navigation software. (Too bad Centrafuse Destinator doesn't work with the TMC in Belgium, and MapFactor free doesn't support TMC location tables).
Wenn die blitzermeldungen auch mit aufgelistet würden wäre das teil perfekt ,sonst ist es top ,man sieht alle staus auch auf der karte
