RMA statistics

Here you can have a look at our work. The following statistic is showing how much time is passing between the date where we received the returned good(s) and the date where we finished the RMA case (refund or shipment of replacements).
But please have the following in mind :

• With the statistic "RMA finished after incoming date " we start counting FROM the day where we receive the parcel.
  
• With the statistic ALL days are counted. (even weekends and holidays)
  
• Data collection since :

• The statistic is LIVE and UNCENSORED !
  
• Until now we finished 77.58 % of all RMA cases within 4 days, after receiption of the returned parcel !
