Virtual On-screen keyboard
For controling the computer completly with the touchscreen, you can choose from many freeware virtual keyboard programs. And many windows versions already have this type of program integrated ! Here is a very good freeware program :

Smart Gesture
This, too, is a nice thing. This program lets you control your pc with gestures.
Example : You are "painting" an "e"-symbol with the mouse pointer/finger/stick anywhere on the screen and a window will popup for writing a new email. Or you paint to the right and to the upper and all programs will be maximized. The possibilities are almost unlimited because the program lets you control and set this all at your own !
