Problem with Load CD feature

Hi all,
I have problem with ICT Load CD feature. When i try to play an audio cd and press the Load CD button i see a message (in german) and ICT crashes. I can't speak or read German. Can anyone help with my problem?

wich type is the CD? is it an MP3, DVD, AUDIO format?

Hi kyle,
The problem is in Audio Format cds. Either original and copied. Sometimes can read some of them but almost always not.
