Good morning. sorry for my English translated. I bought a tft ctf840-sh, using it on a pc with windows8 800x600 resolution. the problem is that without touchscreen drivers using the calibration does not work but the start menu (icons with app) works and you can slide the app ... and if I install the drivers touchscreen calibration works well but you can not do more than move the application to start with icons ... I do not know if I explained well. thanks

I configured the native of win8 touch screen, the scroll works but the touch is very inaccurate, i recalibrated the touch but it is completely wrong ... if I install the latest video driver (I've seen are for win8) after calibrating the touch is precise but if I click the Start button, appear all the windows apps, scrolling does not work or move icons.
It 'a problem with the video? What can you do? I have to return the video? It 's still under warranty ....

I answer to me ... probably there is a bug in the version with Windows 8, i tried the last drivers and the previous but don't work... The support of cartft said me that are working to the new drivers.... I wait...

i tried the new drivers eGalaxTouch_5.13.0.11328-Release-130328.zip and the result is the same of prevoius.
don't work on metro start.
but... sorry for the this answer.. before release and published this drivers, cartft test the drivers?

Sorry, but we do not create the driver and can only publish new versions once they become available. EGALAX (the manufacturer of the touchscreen controller) is aware of the Win8 issue and will release a driver which will fix the problem soon.

We now have a new Beta driver available which allows Sliding in Windows 8.

Please note, that TS controller version 2.19 is not supported with this driver.
