M1 atx connection

Red is un-switched battery, white is switched battery (ignition) and Black is GND. But on Voom PC assembling guide (voomPC-Assembling_M1-ATX-en.pdf) on picture at page 8 you connect the red wire (un-switched) to J12 wich is switched power. WHY ???
