CentraFuse demo and Mappoint 2006

Well, I've installed Mappoint 2006 and there i'm stuck. With Destinator, I see only Berlin, but the GPS informations does seems correct (altitude...) With the mappoint plugin, I only get a message (not available) Any idea? Thanks in advance Infill G4

I've tried with that plugin first and followed the documentation found on your website. I've also tried with the plugin found on Centrafuse website. In both case, after a proper deinstallation and installation, I get the same result. A message in french 'PAS ENCORE DISPONIBLE' (not yet available) is raised. Any hint will be welcomed. Might it be related to the demo?, to my French windows XP?. I'm really insterested in CENTRAFUSE, but I would like to finish my evaluation. It is also unclear to me (in case mappoint 2006 works) if I will get a better result with CF XLE europe (destinator) or with mappoint itself. Best regards Alain
By: rocooper Rank: Starfleet Ensign Postings: 2 From: n/a	Posted: Do Jan 03, 2008 - 12:06 Hi Alain, The version you have has a bug with MapPoint plugin for Non-US locales of WinXP. You will need to update your Centrafuse to the latest update. This isn't an official update, that is why CarTFT doesn't have it yet. However, it fixes all bugs since initial launch last summer, and has new navi screens, a wifi manager and a new skin also. The final release for the official update will be labeled 1.5 and should be out in a few weeks. You can get the 1.46 update here: http://forums.fluxmedia.net/showthread.php?t=2043 Just download the update, close Centrafuse, and install the update on top of existing version. Also, to clarify about the MapPoint plugin, this is meant as a "value" option for basic navigation. The fact is that Destinator will have far better results for actual navigation than MapPoint.
