CID700M problem!!!

so i was testing the PC power a few days ago and i accidentally touched the power wire to the metal casing and usually after ignition is on the radio fronnt screen will be lit but after that incident it doesn't light up anymore. only the blue LEDs light up.

anyone has similar experience or has solution?

or anyone can provide a wiring diagram so i can test out where is the problem?
