Problem whit M2-ATX power supply...

my cdrw player touch power supply back side and power supply stop working. fuse is ok, and my motherboard goes on... but prosessor and amd cooler wont run. Signal led is green on motherboard and motherboard chipset cooler runs... cdrw player touch that area on powersupply , where is power cables white/red/black.. Powersupplys component is eye looking fine. Where can if found the problem...?

Please help me..!? thanks

Have any one close pics for this power supply?
There maybe i can take a look is something strange s shown...
