.NET support on CTFPND-1 V2

Does this Win CE 6.0 image support .NET as well? I was thinking of writing my own apps in C# which in turn can could be intergrated in Truck/Fleet Navigator as an external app. Or is there a way to control which app is loaded at startup? Thanks is advance!
