USB ports and SD ports disappear with Touchescreen CTF845

Equipment involved:
- With the screen CTF845-5 - VGA 8 "TFT - Touchscreen USB in extra screen on a 16GB SSD EEEPC901 XP SP3;
- After installing the latest driver found "All_In_One_2k_XP_Vista_5.6.0.6806"
- After installing the Windows32 ToucheTool "Touch-CarTFT_081121" found on this forum who only allowed me to calibrate the screen but has not solved the problem

Findings:
Upon connecting the USB port for Touchscreen, all equipments plugged into the USB port and especially SD disappear;
The additions of material ending with the erreor "USB device not recognized, Windows does not recognize"

If I unplug the USB port of the touchscreen, everything is in order (after off/on SD/USB equipment)

What should I do to use the Touchscreen and USB drives or SD?

Are you sure you have a CTF845 display (we can not find any purchase from you in our system. That's why I ask) ?

I just bought 2 screens with a friend. I dont want to give his name on a forum.
CTF845-A - VGA 8" TFT - Video - Audio [LED-Backlight] (without TS)
CTF845-5 - VGA 8" TFT - Touchscreen USB - Video - Autodimmer - USB-HUB - Audio [LED-Backlight]
I do not have our invoice before me, I can send you the number tonight only

It's OK ?

There are some things you can try :
- Test the display on other PC
- Test the display on other USB port(s) of your EEEPC
- Test the display on EEEPC while EEEPC is connected to AC

1- Test the display on EEEPC while EEEPC is connected to AC: nothong change
2- Test the display on other PC : the same bug with a Fujitsu Livebook S7110 XP SP2 (work pc)

Perhaps something wrong in my way to install !
I uninstall all
I want to use my usb key with "All_In_One_2k_XP_Vista_5.6.0.6806"
When it ask to put the cable usb on, it cant recognize the usb key !
I do the same with the original cdrom "ELOLisplayWindows setup.exe"
The install go to end but my usb key was unrecognize (like with the eeepc)
I can found a copy screen of the error when i connect my usb key

what do I do incorrectly?

I think it would be best to send us the display for further diagnosis.

I received the screen. it is the same. I do not know what you did and the problem remains the same despite a new software installation.

We have tested the display with 2 different PCs and were not able to find a problem with it.
Do you have installed the suggested driver ? (http://www.cartft.com/support_db/support_files/Touchscreen_Driver_5wire.zip)

This new driver works.
However it is difficult to put into service because I have, on 2 pc, reboot several times before the fault disappears or the calibration works.
Is this driver new? Is it stable?
