This MiniPC was especially designed for fleet applications.
The Car-PC can be connected directly to the car battery (12V). Based on ignition plus, the PC will start and shutdown. The PC is offering several boot possibilities due to the internal connectors : 2.5" HDD or SSD, CompactFlash or USB.

It's a nice package and works straight forward assuming you add a hard disk. I'm not sure it's totally fanless as without HD I can hear something running.
It is really fast enough even for standard applications (Office, boat navigation software).
I regret there are absolutly no instructions at all apart the two CDs with some drivers but I got stuck in front of the machine asking myself what to do. In fact install OS first and you will se which drivers are needeed.
The lack of documentation concerns also the mother board as I still do not know what it is made of.
I put 5 stars because when the uncertainty time is over the black box works like a dream.
