No fan or cooling needed!
It has AC/DC adapter outside of the computer like a printer, so it's quiet enough...
Running Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit smoothly.
It can boot from the TV too.

Very good motherboard, surprising fast even under heavy load.
PSU and Wi-Fi onboard is a very good idea to help reduce the overall dimension without losing functions.

Wurde am 23.12.2009 geliefert. Konnte aber leider bis heute nicht in Betrieb genommen werden, da CARTFT die Reklamation eines falsch gelieferten und defekten RAMs bis heute nicht in der Lage ist zu bearbeiten.

Deshalb: Produktbewertung nicht möglich aber CARTFT in Sachen Reklamation eine Schande.

I purchased zotac to serve as mythtv frontend (linux client). All necessary requirements to fulfill this task succesfully seems to apply: video & audio through hdmi works great and zotac itself won't produce any noise (no fan installed, usb stick used as hard disk).
I'm not sure about possible heating issues though, but if it seems to be an issue then I will put Zotac to an some silent mini-itx case (there is no case at the moment).
