The BU353 GPS receiver features the new chipset SIRF4, is waterproof and has a magnetic and rugged case bottom. The integrated highly sensitive GPS Aaerial gives you a maximum receiption quality.
The connection cable can be enlarged up to 5 meters for optimal placement of the receiver. The integrated USB-to-Serial bridge eases usage. For installation you only need a small USB driver.

Great product, magnetic base is handy, I have this unit hidden away under fabric on back shelf, still gets 9-10 locks. Worked straight away and has been compatible with all GPS and Nav software I have used.

Echt ein klasse Gerät ! Installation und Inbetriebnahme erfolgte Problemlos unter Windows 2000 & XP. Bei Vista gab es zwar kurzzeitig ein paar Treiberprobleme, was allerdings mit aktuellen Treibern von der Herstellerhomepage zu beheben ist. Das Gerät bekommt sehr schnell ein Signal - man muss also nicht lange warten :-) BIsher sind noch keine Inkompatibilitäten aufgetreten.
