Ich hatte zuerst den falsche Splitter bestellt und merkte bei der Installation,daß er nicht richtig funktionierte.Ich nahm per e-mail Kontakt mit dem Kundendienst auf und mir wurde sehr schnell und kompetent geholfen.Mir wurde in kurzer Zeit der auf mein Navi zugeschnittene Splitter zu geschickt.Alles klappte tadellos.Jederzeit wieder.Super Shop mit klasse Fachkompetenz.

Brilliant product. Used this with Mio P550 in Ford Mondeo; very good reliable signal even in Yorkshire Dales were radio reception on car radio is usually patchy.
Very easy to install just remove radio, unplug aerial, plug aerial into splitter, plug splitter into aerial socket on radio, find route for cable to tmc and plug 2.5mm jack into tmc aerial socket replace radio and your done - took me less than 5 mins.
I was about to make my own splitter before I spotted this on the web (professionally involved in electronics); I cannot see TMC being reliable with the wire antenna supplied with the TMC unit.
Shipping reasonably expensive but arrived next working day (Christmas eve!) from Germany to UK.
