Die CTFGPS-3 USB Maus mit Venus 6 chipset ist klein und schick. Das Kabel ist weich, glatt und kommt ohne PS/2-Zwischenkupplung daher.
Der Satellitenempfang aus dem Kaltstart dauert nicht länger als angegeben.
Zum schnelleren Auffinden des Treibers auf der CD wünschte ich mir leider vergeblich den Modelnamen (GR-526) zu finden. Dies ist aber nur eine kleine Hürde. Nach Ausführen der PL2303-Driver_XP2K_v204102.exe unter WinXP funktioniert das Gerät. Es empfiehlt sich noch das Firmwareupdate durchzuführen, das in der CTFGPS-3_Firmware_13032009.zip auf der Supportseite von cartft.com zum Download zur Verfügung gestellt wird. Die magnetische Unterseite nutzt auf dem Amaturenbrett des PKW nicht wirklich viel. Hier wäre es besser im Lieferumfang einen Saugnapf zum Einhängen des Kabels an der Innenseite der Windschutzscheibe vorzufinden.

es hat sich gelohnt dieses teil zu finanzieren! ich empfange sogar satellieten empfang im haus ein meter vorm fenster! empfangs schwierigkeiten? unmöglich

i hear very good words aboyt it. I had an older reciever but i will try this one because in greece it a litle mess with satelites
