i have an skoda octavia comby and i have pouted cid -650 in 2din space .it fits perfectly .the good thing with that is that you dont need extra cd rom drive you have radio very good.the cd rom works v

The fan is extremely noisy (seems to turn extremely fast) and if you check the back it is extremely hot. Based on that it was alr
eady obvious that the lifetime will be short.
It is impossible to control the Front % Back Volume.
Few months after; some front button has stopped working
1 Year after, the fan was dead, I have replaced it (and noticed few stupid things: the fan is ridiculous, some ship are extremely hot, if you touch it 1/10s you are burned at the second level. Experience inside) with a bigger one, 6 month the sound stopped working and finaly 1 month after, the screen was dead. = 600€ to the trash
The conclusion is simple, the design as been botch up by an amateur.
Note: All of that as been increased due to hot country.

Nice looking unit and thats about it.As a pc monitor its top class.What I didnt like about the unit is the that you can't play cds or dvds without having the pc on.Also the user interface is very poor
.When the radio is on the only thing visible on the screen in is the frequency,and its got no pre-amp outs.Its alot of money to pay for a unit that lacks features that 1 150 euro unit from china has.(without the vga input)On the plus side the VGA screen is top class.

I'm using this from linux os with X11R7.1.
Anyone know how can I get the button event from linux?
I want to use 6 buttons of bottom side of panel for application launcher.
