700TS(V), 800TSV -- Resolution 800x600, Picture is not shown completely

Set the refresh rate to 70 or 75Hz.

Deinstall the Touchscreen-Software and drivers and re-install all from scratch.

Touchscreen stops working

Check in the hardware manager, if the touchscreen runs on the same virtual COM port like eg. a plugged in GPS USB mouse. If yes, change either the COM of the Touch or the other device.

Touchscreen is not detected

Try VGA resolution 800x600. Do NOT make a check on "PS2AUX" on the touchscreen software installation. (Touchkit)

K301 do not extend completely

-disconnect the power supply
-after 5 sec. reconnect the power supply, the TFT will close automatically
-the next time it will opened it should find the correct end-position

K301, K500, K90: blister´s on LCD or milky LCD

If the protection film is still on your LCD, this could be the reason for the blisters or the milky optic. Please remove the protection film carefully. Use your finger nail and start in a corner of your TFT with removing.

K301/K90 is not operating at all

The K301/K90 has to be wired like this :
Red (AccOn) : Ignition Plus
Yellow : 12VDC
Black : Ground
Park : Ground

CID650 / CID700M do not work (functionality test)

Red cable = ACC or Light switch cable or Ignition+
thick yellow cable = +12V
black cable = GND (ground)

If the illumination of the front side is blinking only, the ACC isn’t connected eventually. Connect ACC with +12V and GND to ground to test it.

CID650: PC Start/Reset button doesn’t work
-> go to VGA mode--Menu key---OSD--SETUP--PC POWER control--pulse or level

Overrange Error

The following points can fix this error
1.) Set Refresh-Rate to 60 or 70Hz
2.) (only Windows) Boot into Safe-mode and delete all display in the hardware manager
3.) (only VIA ITX) In BIOS under "ADVANCED CHIPSET FEATURES" , set Display Type to "CRT".

My display has a dead pixel

Sometimes it is possible to revive dead pixels with a tool named "UDPixel". (To the software)

Problem (general)

With CTF-display (version 5 and 6) there is a menu entry "DEFAULT" in the OSD (OnScreenDisplay) which sets back the display to original settings.

How can I set an input channel to be preferred ?

With most CTF-displays you can save preferred channel using this procedure :
1.) Select VGA, AV1 or AV2 mode
2.) Enter OSD menu
3.) Exit OSD menu with "Exit"
4.) Power off the screen
The display now should start with the pre-selected channel.
